TIMELINE OF EVENTS
The clock starts ticking for your title specialist at Bay National Title to ensure an on-time closing with no surprises.
Ownership history and any issues with title appear in this public records search. The results are then compiled in a report.
The report is presented to the buyer. Any questions are answered by our team.
If any issues were found in the search, the team goes to work to clear them up so that they don’t affect your closing date.
Settlement is scheduled. Bay National Title gathers the necessary documentation from groups like homeowners associations, lenders, etc.
Money is transferred to the appropriate parties and paperwork is filed with the necessary government agencies.
Bay National Title will issue your title insurance and advise you of when it goes into effect.
